Can I share my course and work through it as a team?
No. Your purchase is limited to single user access. For security reasons, this site keeps track of your individual progress through the course and is not designed for group learning.

How does the site keep track of my progress?
After each module, you will take a quiz.  Our site keeps track of every module you work through, the answers you select during your quiz, and your final scores for each quiz. 

Can I review the quizzes that I take?
Yes. You can open any of your quizzes in your exam history.  You can review the answers you selected, whether you got them right or wrong, and which modules you need to go back and study.

Can I pause my course, and come back to it later?
Yes. A course can be paused at any time for later use. When you are ready to continue, simply go into Start/Continue Your Training, select your paused quiz, and continue on.

How do I get help?
You can obtain help by using the support link on the menu, and sending a support request to us.

What happens if I forget my username or password?
If you cannot remember your login information, click HERE and we will send that information to you to the email address you signed up with.
